Once you make a schedule "live", your volunteers can see it online by logging into the Web Terminal. Any changes made in the MSP application are automatically reflected in the posted schedule. Volunteers can sign up for unfilled events or positions simply by clicking on them in the full schedule view.

Foster a team mentality as volunteers cover for each other online

Foster a team mentality and cut down on no-shows by allowing volunteers to cover for each other. If a volunteer can't serve at one of his or her scheduled times, he or she clicks "request sub" next to that time. Eligible volunteers then receive an email with a link that allows them to easily accept the sub request.

Keep a record of all changes and the ultimate power to override

All changes made by your volunteers online are listed inside the MSP application. Moreover, you may choose to hold certain changes for manual processing so that the changes are not applied until you approve them.

Coordinate different ministry schedules, even from different locations
