Add a "Can't Serve Time" to an entire family at once
Make it easy to manage unavailable dates for families by entering away dates for all family members at the same time. Save time and avoid unnecessary data entry by synchronizing away dates among family members.
Step by step: Add a can't serve time to all members of a family at once
  1. Go to the Family Groupings pane on the left side of the program. Select the Family you wish to edit and and click "Edit Family..."
  2. In the "Edit Family Groupings" window, you will see a section for can't serve times - click the "Add" button here to create a "Can't Serve Time" for all members of the family at once.
